The hotel was doing a great job, but the rooms were very small and dark when the shades were closed. The personnel was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, although the service by housekeeping was excellent. The location was very convenient and near many restaurants, but unfortunately reeked of cigarette smoke. The dining experience in HER KITCHEN was very good and satisfying with a great variety, much better than the average hotel breakfast.

The hotel had some drawbacks with a noisy party nearby and a congested area for navigating after dark, but overall, the rooms were surprisingly cute and clean. The staff, especially at the front desk and in the dining room, were wonderfully friendly and helpful.
